Jordan: Failure to adopt resolution facilitating aid delivery to Gaza reflects double standards in international law application

Jordan's Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi warned on Thursday that the failure of the United Nations Security Council to issue a resolution on Gaza "will reflect dangerous double standards in the application of international law." 

Safadi stated that the expected resolution, to be voted on later on Thursday, focuses on expediting shipments of aid that Jordan claims Israel is hindering to prevent the entry of sufficient necessary assistance.
