Two leaders in an Iran-linked militia killed by drone strike in Baghdad

At least three people, including two leaders of Kata'ib Hezbollah, an armed Iraqi militia linked to Iran, were killed in a drone strike on a car in Baghdad on Wednesday evening, according to a security source and a source within the Hezbollah Brigades.

The source within the militia, preferring not to disclose their identity, stated that among the casualties was a prominent leader responsible for the "military affairs in Syria" within Kata'ib Hezbollah.

The security source, a representative of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, confirmed the death of leaders from the militia.

In recent weeks, Iran-linked factions have launched dozens of attacks against US forces in the Middle East.
