Turkey expresses its deep sorrow for the death of Iranian President

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Monday, following the announcement of the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, that Turkey "shares the pain" of the friendly and brotherly Iranian people.

He said during a press conference, "Unfortunately, the news coming from Iran has deeply saddened us."
