Syria says Israel strike near presidential palace a 'dangerous escalation'

The Syrian presidency called an Israeli air strike at dawn near the presidential palace in Damascus a "dangerous escalation."

In a statement, the presidency condemned the strike and described it as "a serious escalation against state institutions and its sovereignty."
