REPORT: 400-kilogram-Syrian national abandoned at Beirut hospital

LBCI showed on Friday photos of a Syrian national not receiving the needed medical care and left in waiting at the Nawfal Hospital in Beir al-Abed.

The Syrian national weighs at 400 kilograms and is diagnosed with obesity in line with medications being administered to him containing cortisone.

LBCI tried to contact the administration of Nawfal Hopsital for clarifications but did not receive any response in this regard.

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat accumulates to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and increased health problems.
