VIDEO depicting 2 men beating teenagers in Beirut

LBCI received on Monday a video depicting 2 armed men beating up 3 teenagers in one of Beirut's touristic resorts.

One of the armed men appears in civilian clothes while the second appears to be wearing a military outfit.
