REPORT: Israel raises alert level amid regional military movement

The military action on the ground in the Middle East alongside the reports emerging about the US decision to strike Syria come in line with an intense Israeli movement on the field and on the political level in order to define the direct Israeli role in light of the upcoming developments.

In this context, Israel is exposing, through its high-level military delegation in Washington, the various scenarios expected to take place, calling for determining the date and the size of the US military strike against Syria and for allowing the Israeli government to directly strike Syria in case Assad’s regime shells Israel as a response to the US strike.
