REPORT: Star Jack Nicholson retires from acting due to "memory loss"

Star magazine and Radar Online reported on Wednesday that Hollywood actor Jack Nicholson (76 years old) retired from acting.

Reason behind his decision was reportedly memory loss.

Over the past decades, Nicholson received dozens of nominations for Best Actor at the Academy Awards, winning in 1988 for As Good as it Gets and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest in 1976.

In 1999, Nicholson received the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement at the Golden Globes.

He has five children aged between 21 and 49 from his relationships with Sandra Knight, Susan Anspach, Winnie Hollman and Rebecca Broussard.
