REPORT: Beirut ranks 20th in world's best cities

CNN reported on Thursday that Beirut ranked 20th in the world's best cities according to Condé Nast Traveler’s 2013 Readers’ Choice Awards.

Beirut topped Paris, which ranked 22nd as well as Venice and Barcelona which both ranked 24th.

San Miguel de Allende in Mexico was voted by readers as the world's top city, while Budapest and Florence came in second.
