REPORT: Speaker Berri defers legislative session until November 20

House Speaker Nabih Berri deferred the Parliamentary session, which was expected to be held today (Wednesday), until the 20th of November due to lack of quorum.

The Parliament session had failed to convene and was postponed several times after failing to reach quorum since some parties are boycotting it due to their objection to the content of the agenda.
