REPORT: Meeting held between PSP and Lebanese Forces delegation

A meeting was held Monday between a delegation from the Lebanese Forces and a delegation from the Progressive Socialist Party in Wata al-Mseitbeh, in order to follow up the discussions kicked off during the meeting between the head of the National Struggle Front MP Walid Jumblatt and the leader of the Lebanese Forces Samir Geagea.

In this context, the media spokesman of the PSP Rami Rayes told LBCI that the current stage requires the formation of a cabinet that guarantees the appropriate atmosphere for the presidential elections to take place.

“We insist on preventing any unplanned decisions from being implemented,” he said.
