REPORT: Hariri says will not accept presidential void

Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri stressed Thursday that he will meet with Maronite Patriarch Beshara Boutros Rai on Friday in Rome, in order to discuss issues related to the presidential elections, noting that he will not accept presidential void.

Following his meeting with Egypt's interim President Adly Mansour in Cairo, Hariri said that Hezbollah’s presence in Syria is unacceptable and leads Lebanon towards an unknown path.

Hariri met earlier with Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmi, and is set to leave Cairo later today and head to Rome where he will meet with Maronite Patriarch Beshara Boutros Rai on Friday.
