The Chtoura-Dahr el-Baydar road was reopened on Thursday after Civil Defense volunteers cut it off to protest the Parliament’s failure to grant them demands pertaining to their permanent employment at the governmental institution.
On Wednesday, the volunteers cut off various roads and called on the deputies to communicate with them and return the draft law concerning their issue to parliament for further deliberations.
