REPORT: Closer look on Minister Bou Saab’s backup plan for the official exams

Despite a boycott of official exams by teachers protesting against Parliament's failure to approve the controversial pay scale, Minister of Education Elias Bou Saab has revealed a backup plan in which he will use contract teachers to replace the full-timer ones.

This report will shed light on the fate of the official exam following the lawmakers’ failure to approve the pay scale.
