REPORT: Gunmen deploy in Arsal, attack Lebanese army

Over the past four days, gunmen affiliated with the Islamic State and Jabhat al-Nusra deployed in Lebanon’s northeastern town of Arsal and attacked Lebanese army bases with machine guns, RPGs and artillery fire.
