The town of Fneideq in Lebanon's Akkar bade farewell on Wednesday to slain Lebanese Armed Forces Martyr Sergeant Ali al-Sayyed.
Earlier, a convoy transporting the body of martyr Al-Sayyed headed from Beirut’s military hospital to Fneideq.
Popular crowds gathered in the region of Qalamoun to welcome the convoy, before arriving to the al-Mhammara town in Akkar, where the father of the martyr delivered a speech.
In his speech, Al-Sayyed’s father said "Ali al-Sayyed is a martyr for all Lebanon," calling on the crowds to abstain from opening fire in the air.
