REPORT: Obama is fourth president to order military action in Iraq

President Barack Obama became the fourth US president to order military action in Iraq.

On Wednesday, President Obama announced an extension of U.S. military attacks on the Islamic State from Iraq to Syria and is trying to build an international coalition to fight it militarily as well as politically and economically.
