REPORT: What is hindering negotiations pertaining to release of abducted troops?

Mediators following up on the issue of troops who were kidnapped during clashes with armed men in the mountainous region of Arsal stated on Sunday that the weather condition is hindering their progress regarding negotiations pertaining to the release of troops.

Meanwhile, sources reported to LBCI that Al-Nusra officials are concerned over the situation of their leader in Qalamoun identified as Abu Malek AL-Talli, stressing that mediators headed various times to the mountainous region of Arsal but were not allowed to meet him.
