REPORT: Activist Zainab al-Khawaja’s trial adjourned
The trial of Zainab Al-Khawaja, a Bahraini human rights developer and democracy activist who has been in jail since the 15th of October, has been adjourned.

Al-Khawaja was detained for tearing a photo of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalif, when she appeared in court to face two charges on October 14th. At the hearing, she tore a photograph of the King in front of the Judge and was promptly arrested.
