REPORT: Lebanese citizens victims of failed plastic surgeries

Health Minister Wael Abou Faour stated that various Lebanese citizens were the victims of failed plastic surgeries done in various beauty centers across Lebanon, stressing that a decision was taken by the ministry stipulating the closure of all these centers.
