Farmers of the Bekaa region have found themselves before a new crisis concerning the exportation of their products to Syria.
This comes after the Syrian authorities agreed to import three thousand tons of Lebanese potatoes, but the drivers of the transportation trucks were banned from entering Syria at Jdeidet Yabous crossing point.
Commenting on the incident, the Syrian Ministry of Economy said it has not renewed the import licenses for unknown reasons.
