Israeli military issues urgent evacuation warning for residents in Tyre, southern Lebanon

The Israeli military issued an urgent warning to residents of Tyre in southern Lebanon, urging those near designated buildings and surrounding structures to evacuate immediately.

In a statement, the military said the alert was issued in light of what it described as Hezbollah’s violations of the ceasefire agreement, adding that its forces would act against the group but “do not intend to harm civilians.”

Residents near two marked buildings and adjacent structures were instructed to leave the area immediately and move at least 300 meters away, according to the warning.

The military said remaining in the specified zones could put civilians at risk.
