REPORT: Negotiations to resume with Nusra Front over Arsal captives

Negotiations with the Nusra Front over the kidnapped Lebanese troops are set to resume in the next few days via Sheikh Mustafa al-Hujeiri.

This comes after General Security chief Abbas Ibrahim held talks, in Turkey, with Turkish and Qatari Intelligence officials in order to secure the release of the Arsal captives.
