REPORT: Abducted Lebanese troops set to be released soon
16 Lebanese troops who have been abducted by the Nusra Front are expected to come back home within a week or 10 days.         
 
The Director General of General Security Major General Abbas Ibrahim, who confirmed that he will return from Turkey, briefed Speaker Nabih Berri on the results of the negotiations.         
 
Ibrahim added that mediation efforts are still being exerted to secure the release of other troops captured by the Islamic State militant group.
