REPORT: Video depicts moment when former minister Samaha was arrested

LBCI obtained on Friday a video depicting the moment when former Information Minister Michel Samaha was arrested on the 9th of August 2012.

Samaha was detained by the Information Bureau’s Strike Force unit at his residence in the town of Jwar.
