REPORT: IS member killed by militant group in Arsal

After having defected from the Islamic State, Jordanian national Abu al-Waleed al-Makdisi was killed along with his wife by the militant group.

In the details, IS militants stormed into Makdisi’s residence in Wadi Hmeid, a town located in Arsal’s barren range, and killed both him and his wife.

Makdisi had defected from the group due to disputes in leaderships, and lashed out in an audio recording at IS officials, accusing them of corruption.
