REPORT: Parliament, cabinet paralysis obstructs WB-funded projects

The state of paralysis at the Lebanese cabinet and parliament is obstructing World Bank-funded projects, most notably the Besri dam project which costs nearly $600 million, $474 million of which are being funded by the WB.
