REPORT: Toddler who lost all 4 limbs to undergo transplant surgery

The Lebanese judiciary released Dr. Issam Maalouf -a pediatrician held responsible for the amputation of a baby girl’s limbs- but the file of child Ella Tannous is yet to be closed.

After the child’s case was examined in French hospitals, Ella Tannous is now back to Lebanon and is due to undergo a transplant surgery at the Keserwan medical center.
