REPORT: Lebanese navy seizes boat carrying illegal migrants

Army Command reported Friday that the Lebanese navy had stopped at dawn, a few miles off the southern coast of Sarafand, a Lebanese boat carrying 36 illegal Palestinian, Lebanese, and Syrian immigrants, attempting to illegally migrate to Turkey.

The boat and the passengers were returned back to the Lebanese shores, while investigations were launched.
