Joy of Giving association has succeeded where the government has failed.
In a bid to prevent the spread of diseases caused by the accumulation of waste across the streets, Joy of Giving introduced a plan that can help alleviate the cause.
More than 50 municipalities from various regions contacted the association asking for advice and instructions on how the handle the issue.
