The fate of the 22 men remains unknown in Tripoli. After reports stated yesterday that 17 of them were killed, conflicting reports emerged today amid an atmosphere of optimism saying that a group of those "alleged dead" are still alive, and are safe in the hands of the Free Syrian Army.                 

Awaiting the disclosure of the complete truth in this case, a number of young men from the region of al-Mankoubin erected a tent near al-Nour mosque in Tripoli, while the city is preparing to celebrate the 40th day remembrance of the assassination of Brig. Gen. Wissam Hassan tomorrow.
