REPORT: Objections erupt over project to replace parts of Tripoli port by a mall

Around one million square meters of Tripoli’s port will be filled in with rubble in preparation for construction works to build a mall.

This report will examine the objections of the Mchaa Campaign, civil associations and activists who are due to hold a demonstration next Saturday in protest of this project.

The project is still waiting for the necessary official decisions to be launched or cancelled.
