REPORT: Syrian comedian Yassin Bakoush falls victim to Syrian crisis

The news of Syrian comedian Yassin Bakouch’s death on Monday came as a total shock to the Syrian people.

Barkoush was killed today after a targeted RPG strike blew up his car in the Damascus neighborhood of al-Assali.

The 75-year-old Syrian actor of Libyan origin was a very well known comedian in Lebanon and the Arab world. He is mostly famous for his roles with Duraid Lahham in his series Ghawar Al-Tousheh.
