REPORT: What are the reasons behind medical errors?

As medical errors committed by doctors soar, a group of Professors from AUB launched on Sunday a study that tackles the patients’ safety and sheds the light on the "disasters" taking place in hospitals.

This report will shed light on medical errors which have become more frequent and the repercussions that ensued.
