REPORT: Jurists say 60s electoral law valid

The constitutionalists consider that the 1960s electoral law is valid to be adopted in the upcoming parliamentary elections, since no alternative law has been found, while the Lebanese politicians declare its “death”.

This report will examine the point of view of the constitutionalists pertaining and that of former MP Mikhail Daher pertaining to the issue of the elections.
