REPORT: Will the opposition return to dialogue table following the cabinet's resignation?

The term ‘dialogue’ has been brought back to spotlight since the outgoing Prime Minister Najib Mikati hoped that it will be the best way to find common grounds between the Lebanese factions.

Following the assassination of Brig. Gen. Wissam Hassan, the Future Movement has decided to boycott the national dialogue sessions unless the cabinet resigns. Will the movement change its position when its condition has been met?

This report will examine the stances launched by several opposition figures regarding this issue, as well as their additional conditions to return to the dialogue table.
