REPORT: Bassil authors new comic strip “Helem Watan”

Caretaker Energy and Water Minister Gebran Bassil wrote a comic strip entitled “Helem Watan” whereby the Minister talks about future achievements in Lebanon in the year 2020 after the country manages to extract oil and gas resources.

This report will examine the comic strip written by Minister Bassil along with the plans that he wants to implement in order to develop the country’s general situation in the future.
