Women launch sex boycott campaign against men who voted for Tokyo governor
A group of women launched a sex boycott against men who voted in favor of the new governor of Tokyo, after he claimed females were unfit for government due to their menstruation cycles.

Yoichi Masuzoe, who was newly elected, claimed in an interview that women were unable to make important decisions when they have their periods because they become 'abnormal'.

A Twitter campaign named 'the association of women who will not have sex with men who vote for Masuzoe' has gained 3,000 followers since it has been launched last week.

Nonetheless, despite their tireless efforts, the former health minister supported by Japan's ruling party, won on Sunday Tokyo's gubernatorial election, thus defeating two candidates who had promised to end nuclear power.
