Netanyahu is seeking Rabbi’s support to attack Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly sent his closest aide to visit Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the spiritual leader of the ultra-Orthodox Shas, in order to garner support for an attack against Iran, according to Israeli media.

The media reported that Yaakov Amidror director of the National Security Council headed Friday to the home of Rabbi Yosef in Jerusalem to discuss the Iranian file.

An Israeli official confirmed the visit without specifying the content of the talks.
