Syrian government forces killed
at least 20 people on Tuesday when they it shelled a bakery in a neighborhood under
rebel control in the contested northern city of Aleppo, opposition activists
said.
The dead included women and children, they
said. Video footage, which could not be immediately verified, showed
decapitated bodies amid scattered bread loaves.
This as, an anti-aircraft shell was fired from Syria Tuesday,
hitting a health Centre in Turkey's Hatay province with no casualties reported according to CNN Turk.
This as Syrian
President Bachar al-Assad issued on Tuesday a decree that grants general pardon
for crimes perpetrated before today's date e4xcept crimes related to terrorism.
The Syrian
Nation Television broadcasted news that President Assad issued
"Legislative Decree number 71" that grants general pardon for crimes
committed before the 23rd of October 2012.
Syrian warplanes launched on Tuesday air strikes on a neighborhood controlled by opposition fighters in Aleppo, North Damascus. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that regime forces continued their raids in Damascus and its outskirts.
On
Monday evening, Syrian refugees burned their tents to protest the poor
conditions they are living in the al-Zaatri camp, North Jordan.
Furthermore,
a poll released on Tuesday showed that majority of Turkish citizens
oppose any intervention made by their country in Syria's affairs.
According
to 51% of those surveyed, they consider that even though their country
shares a long border with Syria, Turkey must remain neutral without
being biased to any party involved in the Syrian crisis.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdul
Allahaan declared that a "national dialogue", which brings all the
parties of the Syrian crisis together, is expected to be held soon in
Tehran or another State in the region.
For its part, the Vatican announced that it is postponing the departure of a Catholic church delegation to Syria, citing the "gravity of the situation" in the country wracked by civil war. The church delegates are to express the pope's solidarity with the people of Syria and his "spiritual closeness" with the Christian community.
This as, UN peacekeeping chief said that the organization is considering sending peacekeepers to Syria if a ceasefire is declared.
