White House describes battle in Ukraine as ‘dynamic’

The White House described the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine as "dynamic" on Tuesday, following reports from American and Western officials expressing concerns about the slow progress of the Ukrainian counteroffensive.

In response to a journalist's question, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said, "No, we do not assess the conflict as being in a seesaw."
