ICJ: South Africa has the right to file the lawsuit, and Israel's request to dismiss it cannot be accepted

The International Court of Justice opened the session on Friday to issue a preliminary decision regarding urgent measures requested by South Africa against Israel, accusing it of committing "genocide" in Gaza.

The ICJ has asserted that South Africa has the legitimate right to file a lawsuit and rejected Israel's request to dismiss it. The court emphasized that it would not reject the case alleging genocide against Israel.
