Explosions heard in Ukraine's Kherson: Official reports

The Head of Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko reported hearing explosions in the city of Kherson on Thursday morning as the Russian army shelled the area.

He said via Telegram, "The Russian army is shelling Kherson [...] Explosions could be heard in the areas adjacent to the river," referring to the Dnipro River.
