Russia: OPEC+ agreement achieves balance in energy markets

Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, said on Thursday that the current agreement of the OPEC+ alliance for oil producers helps achieve a balance between supply and demand in energy markets.

He added during the economic forum in St. Petersburg that the agreement also provides a state of clarity in the markets.
