Zelenskyy says discussed military assistance with France's Macron

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday said he discussed military assistance with French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of a European summit in Budapest.

The pair discussed "military assistance," the training of Ukrainian soldiers in France and "long-range capabilities" in talks amid uncertainty over the West's support for Kyiv following Donald Trump's victory in the U.S. presidential election.
