Rubio arrives in Paris for Ukraine talks: Washington

State Department officials said that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Paris on Thursday for talks to craft a ceasefire in Ukraine.

Keith Kellogg, U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, was traveling with Rubio, with U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff also expected in the French capital for the talks to include a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.
