EU urges 'good faith' implementation of Thailand, Cambodia ceasefire

The EU welcomed a ceasefire agreement between Thailand and Cambodia on Saturday, and called on "both sides to implement it in good faith."

"Thank you to ASEAN for playing a positive part in this result," EU foreign affairs spokesman Anouar El Anouni said, referring to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, of which both Cambodia and Thailand are members. "The EU stands ready to provide any support needed," the spokesman said on X.
