Three US military members killed in Iran operation: Pentagon

Three members of the U.S. military have been "killed in action" and five "seriously wounded" in the operation against Iran, the Pentagon said Sunday, without providing further detail.

These were the first casualties of any kind among U.S. personnel to be announced since the United States launched massive bombardments against Iran and killed its supreme leader on Saturday.
