Death toll from Russian strike on Kyiv rises to 17: Emergency services

The death toll from a Russian drone and missile strike on Kyiv early Thursday has risen to 17 people, Ukraine's state emergency service said.

"The death toll in Kyiv has increased to 17 people! Emergency and rescue operations continue at the site of the Russian strike," it said in a post on Telegram.
