Abboud to LBCI: transportation allowance issue will be solved legally

Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud voiced his confidence that the governmental crisis will be solved following the legislative session scheduled for next Wednesday, adding that a legal solution will be reached for the transportation allowance issue.

Abboud told Nharkom Said that the legislative power is the main power, adding that the time has come to solve the transportation allowance issue in a logic way that satisfies everyone.

Abboud hoped that what happened be a main reason for the government to turn into a productivity government. “Dozens of examples that do not come from the part of the [Change and Reform] bloc, such as the delay in the completion of the tourist police unit, show the government’s disruption."

On his dispute with Labor Minister Charbel Nahas during the Change and Reform bloc’s meeting, Abboud said that it was a normal debate between bloc members.
